I’ll be posting all the passive income at the end of each month. To keep it simple for accounting purpose, I’ll count each month as 30 days and post the income accordingly. As you know I’m targeting $3000 Per Month at the end of the race of 3000 days, it means I need to run race @ $1 per day. It can’t get simple than this 🙂  However, it is a challenging race of 3000 days: we will see it, run it, enjoy it, share it together and savior it together!

    • Hi DD,

Appreciate very much your kind words and for keeping in touch! Its still a long race that I need to run. With the support of DGI community, it will be sweet 🙂 I’m starting to see the fruits of DGI approach with July passive dividend income. This is awesome!

  1. Best of luck on your journey to financial freedom! I wish I would have started my own journey at your age. You have a head start that most people don’t take advantage of. Keep up the good work.

    • Hi Captain Dividend,

Appreciate much your kind words. Completely agreed! Its never too late to start FI journey, even, I could have started a little early, however, glad to have started it. I want to show to the readers that it is possible to achieve FI if you commit to this goal. I just started my race only few months back and already I can feel the power of passive income and yet to experience the heavy lifting of compounding engine. Imagine what it will be once it kicks in!

    • Hi Moneywatch101,

Appreciate the support and kind words. It’ll be absolutely fantastic to achieve goal of $3K in 3K and we’ll track it right here. My initial goal is $1K in 1K, once that happens, it’ll setup a snowball & compounding engine in place and hopefully do the heavy lifting. It’s a tight target and it will be fun to watch it and share it. Thanks for stopping by and commenting.

  2. Hi RTR,
Maybe I’ve missed it somewhere… but I wonder how much you spend (saving) every month fr.o.m your paycheck to buy your stocks?
Great blog btw, I’ve just followed you. 🙂

    • Hi Peder,

First comment and so, warm welcome to this little corner of world! I do not keep track of income and expenses as they fluctuate a lot on a month-to-month basis. I keep track of portfolio value and most importantly how much income is generated by this portfolio. Its a great idea and will consider to keep track of it. Appreciate much following my blog. Thanks for stopping by!

    • Hi MAB,

My goal is to invest so that I can increase my passive income by $1 per day to achieve my goal of $3K in 3K. As per my calculations, on average, I need to invest $95.83333 per day to achieve my goal. As I’m in accumulation phase, as soon as capital becomes available, I employ it. Also, I transferred from other accounts where I was not getting much income and capitalized in the current portfolio. Most of the purchases are posted and totals can be computed. To me, important thing is to keep track of income that I generate from the portfolio, although I’d love to see my portfolio value going up all the time 🙂 Thanks for stopping by!

    • Hi CP,

End of the quarter months are monster 🙂 Gonna love these checks being deposited in our bank. Once you till your land and seed them, you’re going to reap the dividends of your hard work. Its slow and steady that wins the race of FI. Appreciate the kind words. Thanks for stopping by!

  3. $3000 dollar in 3000 days – nice combination of numbers, and i do hope your are on track. And if i am doing the math correctly you are on the right track (using the numbers of 2016 divided by number of months you are around 800)! And that is even more impressive!

    • Hi mrMB,

Agree with you, so far, I’m on track and in fact, ahead on the basis of days and income, but, at some point, I would have deployed my major capital and pace will moderate. Thanks for stopping by and commenting.
