Dividend Income Update – November 2015

I’ve completed 210 days of freedom race and it has been awesome with the great support of fellow DGI bloggers. I’m truly blessed to be posting it from the country where Statue of Liberty stands. It stands for freedom and I hope to achieve my own financial freedom in 3000 days when I complete my race.

I’m super excited to write about my passive dividend checks that I received in month of November. They are now pouring into my bank without me lifting any fingers. It crossed a nice figure of $400.00 for the first time. So far, I’ve got 55 fantastic companies in my Portfolio.

I hope that this passive income report provides inspiration to all the readers out there that even when you are starting out fresh, you can still win it. Although, it is a long race: slow and steady, we can win it on our terms and time. Without further ado, here are dividends received:

Apple Inc. (AAPL) : $5.20
Abbott Laboratories (ABT): $2.40
Gov. Properties Income Trust (GOV): $21.50
HCP, Inc. (HCP): $16.95
Kinder Morgan, Inc. (KMI): $107.10
Main Street Capital Corp. (MAIN): $7.20
Realty Income Corp. (O): $19.05
Omega Healthcare Inv., Inc. (OHI): $33.60
ONEOK Inc. (OKE): $92.25
Proctor & Gamble Company (PG): $16.57
Sr. Housing Properties Trust (SNH): $39.00
STAG Industrial, Inc. (STAG): $5.18
AT&T, Inc. (T): $47.00
Verizon Comm. Inc. (VZ): $28.25

Total passive dividend income for November: $441.25 after 210 days of race. So far, I’ve received $1,467.61 as passive dividend income and ahead of target $840.00. In the month of AugustI revised my target to $1,500.00 for this year: Goals.

Instead of getting a single salary once a month, I got paid by 14 fantastic companies throughout the month, simply by owning a tiny sliver of a slice. Imagine that there are thousands of people hired by those companies and that they are working for you, rather than, you working for them. This feeling of acquiring financial freedom over 3000 days, is what drives me to keep racing and I’m sure readers alike!

Full Disclosure: Long on above mentioned stocks.

How did your passive dividend income come along in November?

Thanks for reading!

    • Hi JC,

Definitely, 14 paychecks give me a lot of strength on my path towards FI. It was a nice milestone to cross $400 but, challenge lies ahead to keep growing it @ $1 per day. Thanks for stopping by and commenting.

    • Hi DividendHustler,

Appreciate the kind words. we are on our way to FI together, my friend. We just need to stick to it consistently. KMI and OKE were the biggest contributor this month, hope that energy market improves and these companies have chance to recover, we’ll see. Thanks for stopping by and commenting.

    • Hi Bert,

Appreciate the kind words and following my freedom race. Sure, any day, I would love to receive 30 paychecks than a single payday 🙂 I know you are hot on trail on KMI, we’ll see how it turns out next year and years to come. I’ve thinking to add some REITs and healthcare companies in order to better spread out the chips. Thanks for stopping by and commenting.
