Recent Stock Purchase III – January 2017

I added positions in 3 existing companies in third week of January. I plan to keep adding these dividend growth stocks to grow my passive dividend income to a point where all my expenses are covered by passive income generated by them.

Below are the companies where I put my capital on towards my race for earning $3000 per month in 3000 days. Last month, I completed 60days of my freedom race and it was nice to have crossed $1700 in passive income for the first time ever. Without further ado:

1) Gilead Sciences, Inc. (GILD): 5 positions at $72.19 on 1/17
2) Walmart Stores, Inc. (WMT): 5 positions at $68.20 on 1/17
3) W.P. Carey, Inc. (WPC): 10 positions at $61.18 on 1/17

Due to addition of new companies over last several months and splits of HCPYUM and sale of APPL, total count is getting closing to a century mark in my portfolio.

Full Disclosure: Long on above mentioned stocks.

We are in a new year 2017! Happy New Year!! It was a roller coaster 2016 as we expect from market. Many are expecting 2017 to be even more volatile due to multitude of factors ranging from likely implementation of new policies and geopolitical risks as usual. Dividend Income Update – December 2016

I’ve completed 600 days of freedom race and it has been awesome with great support of DGI bloggers. I’m truly blessed to be posting it from a country where Statue of Liberty stands. It stands for freedom and I hope to achieve my own financial freedom in 3000 days when I complete my race.

Wow. I crossed milestone figure of $1700 in passive income. I’m super excited to write about my passive dividend checks that I received in month of December. They are now pouring into my account without lifting a finger. So far, I’ve got 95 fantastic companies in my growing Portfolio
